[00:00:24] All right. Welcome to another episode of sales transform. Today. I want to talk about how sellers can stand out by being creative now, sellers, uh, I hate to break it to you, but if you don't already know this as sellers today, you need to be marketers as well. And just being good at sales is no longer good enough to be a high performing sales rep.

[00:00:52] Um, we're all told that we have to get active on social media. And use the social platforms that our prospects are hanging out on. And part of that is creating content. Uh, we're told we got to write our own sales, emails and sequences, and, uh, reach out to people in a way that stands out and catches their attention.

[00:01:13] Well, I'm not going to get too deep in the weeds on how you can accomplish this, but I do want to give you a little bit of a trick of something that I think. To be extremely useful. Um, I don't consider myself a. Hugely creative person. Um, but one thing that has really helped me stand out and being creative with outreach, or even just getting the attention of prospects that have maybe gotten cold or, you know, we've all been ghosted before is using.

[00:01:44] Personalized gifts. Now I got introduced to a product called and it's, that's a, you can learn more about video over@video.io. They have an incredible team. They provide tons of resources on how to use these gifts. They even have an awesome slack community, which I'm in. So, um, Some of the benefits of using these personalized gifts and they make it really easy to do.

[00:02:09] It is in book more meetings, which I have done successfully many times. And I've used these gifts in email. I've used these gifts in text messages, obviously not called text messages, but people that we already have built a relationship and they're somewhere in the sales process and, uh, maybe struggled to get a little.

[00:02:30] Um, so I've used them again, an email, text messages, LinkedIn, DNS, um, it's, it's a nice way to build trust, to stand out, to do something different than what everybody else is doing. Not everybody always wants to watch a video. I'm a big component of video, but as more and more people started to hop the video.

[00:02:48] It's not that different than what everybody else is doing. And not a lot of people are using these personalized gifts. Um, they have these cards that you can hold and put these messages on there, and it's really easy to use. It's very simple. Um, you can convert more sales, you can build stronger relationships by sending people these gifts.

[00:03:08] I can't tell you how many times I have sent a personalized. To a prospect and they love it so much. They want to know how the heck I created it, where they can find out and learn more. Um, and if you can educate somebody or bring something to their attention, I mean, it really just strengthens the relationship and people will just respect the fact that you're doing something different and taking the time to stand out by bringing some creativity in to the way that you are getting their attention.

[00:03:39] Just following up is no longer good at. Um, and using the template ID emails or DMS, uh, that your organization has provided you is not going to stand out, uh, because everybody else is using them. And frankly, they're just boring. So, and even if you're just maybe getting started on being comfortable on camera gifts is a great way to get started maybe before going.

[00:04:06] All in on like video, uh, or something like that. So I'm a big fan. Um, I'm going to drop the link in here so that you can learn about video and video and how you could start using personalized gifts. I'm not even going to get into like the tactical pieces of using gifts because video has got. So many resources that if you just hit their website, sign up, start using it.

[00:04:32] Um, there's more than enough resources there to get into the more tactical, if like the different types of gifts and how you can use them and scenarios and all that sort of stuff.
